The elevator is tape kovshovy
Elevator kovshovy (noriya)
Ladle elevators are intended for transportation dust-like, granular and the melkokuskovykh of freights (for example, cement, sand, chemicals, grain, flour, coal, peat, limestone, etc.) at the enterprises of the chemical, metallurgical, mechanical, food industry, in production of construction materials, coal preparation factories, in granaries, etc.
The Kovshovy elevator has vertically closed traction element with the cargo bearing elements which are rigidly attached to it – ladles; the traction element bends around top driving and lower tension drums (or asterisks). The running gear and rotary devices of an elevator are located in the closed metal casing consisting of the top part (an elevator head), average sections and the lower part (an elevator boot). The traction element with ladles is set in motion from the drive, and the initial tension is created by the tension device. Freight is served in a loading branch pipe (sock) of a boot, is loaded into ladles, rises in them and unloads on the top drum (asterisk) in a head branch pipe. The drive is equipped with a stop for protection from the return movement of a running gear. The casing of an elevator can have the directing devices and frames of fixing.
By the form a traction element ladle elevators happen tape and chain. Depending on quantity of chains to which ladles fasten distinguish one-chain and two-chain elevators.
On the speed of the movement distinguish low-speed and high-speed elevators. Loading of ladles is carried out or scooping of freight from the lower part of a boot, or falling asleep of freight in ladles.
Unloading of ladles happens centrifugal and gravitational. At centrifugal unloading the speed of the movement of ladles usually happens within 1-5 m/s. Gravitational unloading is applied at low-speed elevators at a speed of movement up to 0,8 m/s.
On an arrangement of ladles distinguish elevators with the placed and close ladles.
It should be noted that the type of an elevator and a form of ladles are chosen depending on characteristics of the transported freight and also ways of loading and unloading of ladles. At transportation of lumpy freights the ladle is checked by the largest size of typical pieces amax according to A condition> =x*amax where And – a ladle departure, x – the coefficient depending on freight type for ordinary freights of x=2 … 2,5, for the sorted x=4 … 5.
Prices of elevators
The cost of ladle elevators of production of LLC TD Holunitsa is formed proceeding from the specification of the customer. The price depends on such factors as an elevator standard size, elevator height, execution of an elevator, etc.
