Tension devices of tape conveyors

Screw, cart cargo, cart cargo polispastny, frame cargo and frame cargo polispastny tension devices are used.

 

Screw tension devices

They are applied to conveyors up to 60 meters long.

Tension screw devices with diameters of drums of 250 and 315 mm and length of the course tape up to 2000 mm wide of a stretch can have 320 and 500 mm. At tension devices with diameters of drums of 400; 500 and 630 mm – length of the course of a stretch of 500 and 800 mm. On width of a tape of 2000 mm the course of a stretch makes 800 and 1200 mm.

Cart cargo and cart cargo polispastny tension devices

Are applied to conveyors with a length more than 60 m.

The cart cargo device is installed horizontally on the place of a trailer drum. The effort of a stretch is provided due to settlement quantity of freights. At a large number of freights it is recommended to use the polispastny cargo device.

Frame cargo and frame polispastny tension devices

 

Are applied to similarly cart cargo devices, with only that difference that are established under a conveyor frame. The choice of this or that cargo tension device depends on the concrete route of the conveyor, service conditions and dimensions of the space surrounding him.
